This patient consulted for a secondary breast implant surgery that took place a few years ago "performed elsewhere." The objective was to achieve symmetry in the position of both breasts, make them rounder, better filled at the top, and especially to reduce the central gap by enhancing the natural décolletage. The procedure involved reconstructing the implant pockets, replacing the initially anatomical implants with slightly larger round implants, complemented by lipofilling, which consists of gentle liposuction with reinjection of fat into the breasts for filling in the pre-sternal area and around the breast implants. An excellent result was noted, with a breast that is better filled and has a more natural appearance, resulting in a more harmonious, firmer, and more youthful chest. The implants are well concealed both visually and upon palpation.
